Shipping Info: Merchandise will be carefully packaged by OJM and shipped using USPS at no charge to you, if the address is in the continental United States! We ship promptly and by 1st class or Priority, and we will provide a tracking number to you. Please be sure to provide us with your correct USPS address! International orders require an extra fee. We also ship internationally via USPS and provide a tracking number to you.
Return Policy: All returns must have prior authorization. Simply contact us and explain your issue. If the item came to you damaged or defective, we will gladly replace the item at no charge to you. If we need you to return the item, we will gladly pay for return shipping. If you simply change your mind and want to return the item for a refund, no problem at all. We would simply ask you to carefully re-package the item in the same manner as we shipped it to you and ship it back to us at your expense.
